Laser exposing machine for various sized cylinders. To directly or indirectly

lasering rollers of different materials. Applications for steel, copper, silicon,

ceramic, etc. Several configurations available per the clients needs.

For various cell depths from 3 microns up to 1500 microns and more, at resolutions 
from 10 to 300 dpi. Machine beds in several sizes up to cylinder face widths 
800 mm, 1500 mm, 2500 mm; special sizes upon request.

Optional integrated software is available for interfacing to existing workflows such as 
AUTOflowÒ, RIP-WINÒ, Ohio Electronic EngravingÒ, ArtproÒ, Esko-GraphicsÒ 
Pack-EdgeÒ, HandshakeÒ. This allows highest in-register precision for combined 
printing cylinders and embossing rollers.

Flatbed laser exposing machine for flat plates up to format 1 x 1 m.

Other max sizes upon request. Available with sealed CO2 laser 100 Watt

and/or Nd YAG laser. Data input via TIFF files.
